Tense Digital Microprocessor-Based Panel-Mount Temperature Controller
The Tense DT-36EM precision PID temperature controller is designed to control and maintain a stable temperature in industrial applications. It features an advanced PID algorithm, an auto-tuning function, and intelligent temperature overshoot elimination. The dual LED display shows both the setpoint (SET) and actual (PROCESS) values simultaneously. Its main advantage is the solid-state relay (SSR) output for fast and silent switching of heating elements without mechanical wear. It is mounted in a 36×72 mm panel cutout, and wiring is facilitated by removable plug-in terminal blocks.

Control: Selectable P, PI, PD, PID, or ON-OFF.
PID Auto-Tuning: Automatic calculation of optimal parameters for a given system.
Compensation: Automatic cold-junction compensation for thermocouples and lead compensation for Pt100.
Protection: Password-protected settings and data storage in EEPROM memory.
