TENSE TK30S - Current transformer
Product description
The TENSE TK30S (100/5) current transformer is designed to convert high current from the power part of an electrical circuit to a standardized secondary current suitable for measuring, monitoring and protecting equipment.
It is used for indirect AC current measurement in low-voltage installations and serves as an interface between the power circuit and measuring equipment such as ammeters, power meters, monitoring modules or protective relays.
The through-core design allows installation without breaking the conductor - the cable simply slides through the window. This ensures fast, safe and economical installation.

Design and Materials
The current transformer enclosure is made of self-extinguishing, heat-resistant plastic with high mechanical strength.
The transformer core is made of low-loss ferromagnetic alloy, which ensures stable and accurate transmission even under variable loads.
The secondary winding terminals are provided with a protective cover to enhance connection safety.
Proper installation minimizes the risk of short circuits or faults.
