Panel Time Relay ERD-48M - Universal Digital Timer for Industrial and Home Automation

The ERD-48M Panel Clock Relay is a multi-purpose digital timer designed for time cycle control, industrial processes, single purpose machines and home automation. It offers 13 different operating modes, precise programming and a wide range of control options.

The device allows simple time sequence setting from 0.1 seconds to 99.59 hours, using front panel buttons. The dual LED display makes the display of values clear and readable even from a distance.

Functions and controls

The device includes 13 different operating modes that allow full flexibility in control:

• Time delay ON

• Time delay OFF

• sequential logic control

• time relay with pause (GATE)

Control inputs:

• START (terminal 10): starts the timer.

• RESET (terminal 11): resets the time

• GATE (terminal 12): pauses the countdown (PAUSE)

• Terminal 9: integrated +12 V DC for sensors/control buttons (max. 50 mA)

Outputs

Relay output OUT1 (terminals 4-3-5):

• Type: SPDT switch (NO-COM-NC)

• Load: 250 VAC / 2 A, resistive load

SSR output OUT2 (terminals 13 and 14):

• Control signal for solid state relay
