PID temperature controller for panel mounting with built-in timer, measuring range -100°C ... +1750°C, resolution / step 0,1ºC (made in Turkey, TENSE)

Control and monitoring of thermal processes of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, building automation, industrial plants.

Temperature controller is implemented by on/off or PID control. The controller offers self-optimization, which prevents process values from being overridden.

  • Automatic tuning of PID parameters

  • Sensor type: T/C (J,K,T,S,R), Pt100
  • Selectable control type: P, PI, PD, PID or ON-OFF

  • Automatic removal of "overshoot" in PID mode

  • Anti-windup

  • ON delay for OUT in cooling mode

  • Password protection

  • EEPROM memory for saving settings

  • Relay OUT and ALARM (NO+NC) outputs 250VAC, 2A (ALARM ON only for DTZ-48)

The measurement range depends on the sensor and can be set using the buttons on the temperature controller.

The display from the temperature controller is a high contrast display that can be read accurately just under poor conditions. In addition to the control output, the temperature controller has an additional alarm relay that closes the voltage-free contact when the value is exceeded or not reached.

Please do not forget to order our temperature sensors - thermocouple type J Fe-Const (metric 6/8) with temperature measurement scale: -100 °C - +600 °C. Can be with 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m and 5 m long cable
