PID temperature controller for panel mounting, relay + SSR outputs, measuring range -100°C ... +1750°C, resolution / step 0,1ºC (made in Turkey, TENSE)

Control and monitoring of thermal processes of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, building automation, industrial equipment.

The temperature controller is implemented by on/off or PID control. The controller offers self-optimization to prevent process overshoot.

  • Automatic tuning of PID parameters

  • Sensor type: T/C (J,K,T,S,R), Pt100
  • Selectable control type: P, PI, PD, PID or ON-OFF.

  • Automatic removal of "overshoot" in PID mode

  • Anti-windup

  • ON delay for OUT in cooling mode

  • EEPROM memory for saving settings

  • Relay outputs OUT (NO+NC) 250VAC, 2A/ SSR max 12Vdc, 20mA

The measurement range depends on the sensor and can be set using the buttons on the temperature controller.

The display from the temperature controller is a high contrast display that can only be read accurately under poor conditions.

Don't forget to order our temperature sensors - type J Fe-Const thermocouples (metric 6/8) with temperature measurement scale: -100 °C - +600 °C. Available with cable lengths of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m and 5 m
