Panel temperature controller DT48-EM - ON/OFF

Product description:
DT48-EM is a single channel panel temperature controller designed for heating with universal input. It is used for precise temperature control in industrial applications, light industrial machinery, food processing, furnaces and other systems where precise heating control is required.

Inputs:

  • Pt100 resistance sensor

  • Thermocouples (T/C) type J, K, T, R, S

Outputs:

  • SPDT relay 2A / 250VAC for resistive load

  • Digital output 12VDC / 20mA for SSR relay control

Dimensions:

  • 230VAC power supply.

Functions and features

  • Control: PID and ON/OFF, optional P, PI, PD

  • Ramp mode: continuous temperature rise on power up

  • Anti-windup: protection against the increase of the control output in PID/PI

  • Upper and lower limit: for setting the desired SET temperature

  • Two-line display: Sv (setpoint) and Pv (actual value)

  • Compensation: cold junction for T/C, line resistance for Pt100

  • Linear conversion: °C/mV and °C/Ohm tables

  • Offset: offset of values over the entire range

  • Password protection: prevents unwanted change of settings

  • EEPROM memory: retains settings even after power is removed

  • Easy connection: 5.08 mm plug-in connectors

Note:
Even though the controller can measure temperatures below -20 °C and above +55 °C, the device itself must be installed in an environment with a temperature of -20 ... +55 °C, otherwise deformation of the plastic housing and thermostat failure may occur.
